From the Greek Island of Crete – a natural, Amphora (traditional clay vessel) aged Vidiano white wine which was fermented with native yeasts and remained with the grape marc in a 300 litres traditional ceramic pot. The wine was separated from the marc and transferred into oak barrels, where it remained for 3 months. Bottling followed without filtering. Plant derived, 100% recyclable, sugarcane based corks were used.
