In the glass it has an elegant golden color, enriched by greenish reflections that enhance its luminosity. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and aromatic, evoking the scents of exotic fruits, alongside notes of white-fleshed fruits, includ- ing pear and apple. The savoriness is accentuated, thanks to the mineral properties of the terroir from which it comes. On the palate, its pleasant freshness blends with an enveloping and harmonious texture, offering a balanced, round and fine sensation. The long taste persistence leaves a refined finish, recalling the aromatic complexity and inviting a new sip.
